Our Partnerships working together across Warrington to create a day for our school children with additional needs and their families and carers during the Paralympics in Rio to try new physical activities that are on offer in the local community away from their school environment

Having the opportunity to launch this year’s Warrington Festival with the event was a real honour and wouldn’t have been possible without your invaluable contribution for which I am immensely grateful. Braziliant was a truly fantastic experience for everyone involved and the feedback received from the schools highlights the power of our partnership;

The event has received widespread praise from the Warrington Festival Steering Group and has certainly served as a great Rio 2016 Paralympic legacy here in our local community by encouraging children with additional needs to take up new physical activity opportunities away from school.”
